Waiting in Line 　列に並ぶ日本人

Courtesy is thrown out the window sometimes when it comes to Japanese people forming a line. I've been cut in front of numerous times when it comes to approaching a line or even already in what I thought was a line. If you're in a crowd, just forget about someone hesitating for you to go in front. They take pride as a culture in thinking of others before themselves and suffering together as a whole, but in the case of lines they bend the rules a little.

東日本大震災の時に日本人は配給を待つのにしっかり列を成して並んでいる姿がみられたはずだ。しかし、先日、自分は日本人らしくない、礼儀正しくない姿を目にすることになった。何度も横入りをされたり、列に並んでいると思っていたら、そうではなかったり・・・

混雑している中では、日本人も人の前に割り込んでいくことをちゅうちょするということを忘れてしまうのだろうか？　日本人自身、日本人は他人のことを思いやり、他人のことも自分のことのように考える文化と自負しているのだろうが、実際はどうなのだろうか？　

特にこの列を成すということに関しては例外があてはまるのではないだろうか？

その国に行けば、その国のルールやマナーがありますが、日本人のみなさん、外国人の方にこのように見られていますよ。気を付けましょうね~。
