The origin of Ramen is not clear but it is one of my favorite Japanese foods. Japanese people like to eat many different kinds of noodles, such as Soba noodles, Udon, and rice noodles, etc. I like to eat Nissin Top instant ramen which has chicken, beef, shrimp, or oriental flavors, etc...

日本食って改めて考えてみると、うどん、そば、やきそば、ラーメン、ビーフンなど麺類を頻繁にたべていますよね。種類もたくさんあり、しかも、それぞれの味が全然違って日本食というのは本当にバラエティに富んでいるんだなぁと思いました。


Here in Japan, you can eat more tasty ramen noodles. There are more than 30,000 ramen shops in Japan where you can enjoy really good local ramen shops. However, if you want to eat more authentic ramen noodles, then you should visit more specific cities such as Fukuoka or Hokkaido where they are famous for ramen.
 
その中でもラーメンというのは日本の食文化の特徴的なものです。もともとは中国からのものなのかもしれないですが、全国には30000店以上のラーメン店があるんだから、こりゃあもう日本食と言って間違いないでしょうｗ


Fukuoka is famous for Tonkotsu (pork soup stock) ramens. Hokkaido is famous for Miso soup ramens. City to city and shop to shop, the taste is different. You can choose from Shoyu (Soy sauce based soup), Tonkotsu (pork soup stock), Shio (salt based soup), and Miso based soup, etc.

福岡といえば豚骨ラーメン、北海道といえば味噌ラーメンと、地方地方で有名なラーメンがありますが、アメリカなんかではカリフォルニアに行けばハリウッドバーガー、ラスベガスにいけばカジノバーガーなんてものはないし、そのエリアエリアで有名な食べ物っていうものはあまりないように感じます。


Also, you can enjoy the different tastes of Shoyu (soy sauce based) ramen between east Japan and west Japan. People who live in the east side of Japan seem to like stronger tasting soup where as people in the west like it with a weaker taste.
 

皆さんが住んでいる地元にも美味しい行きつけのラーメン屋があると思いますが、せっかく福岡の博多に行くのなら博多ラーメン、札幌に行ったら札幌ラーメンの有名店を訪れたいですよね。
みなさんのおすすめのラーメン店、「この県に行ったらここにいけ！」みたいなのがあったら教えてください！

 Of course, you can go to a franchise ramen shop and you can enjoy the same taste wherever you go in Japan, but it is one of my pleasures to visit a private ramen shop which is locally very popular . I hope you enjoy not only Sushi, but also Ramen noodle when you come to visit Japan.
